After a lot of thought, I decided a couple of days to pull the trigger and trade in my Tundra for a 21 Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring. The Tundra was simply too big for the city, changing lanes, and parking was too difficult for me and my needs have changed recently. I am renting again until my home in Colorado sells and quite honestly did not have the heart to keep the Tundra parked outside.
I had no problem getting a great trade in on my Tundra and am very pleased with my decision. I will miss this truck, I have a lot of great memories over the past 18 months. It served me and my family well.
I needed a 3 row SUV and in the end, the Mazda is what I wanted to drive. It easily fits in my garage, and hauling my extended family will be much easier. It is a blast to drive and the engine pulls like a freight train.
This forum is hands down my favorite place to hang out when I have the time. I learned a lot about Tundra's and enjoyed reading others adventures, especially during the lockdown. I would not hesitate to buy another Tundra in the future.
    Take care everyone!
    Thanks for the memories.

Congrats! That CX-9 is a stunning color!

I also have a 3 row vehicle and they are very handy to have around, especially when we have company and we can all go out in one car. You'll enjoy it I am sure.

You and your truck shall be missed, but we, as a forum, understand.

You made a nice choice with the Mazda. Probably the best driving vehicle in its class.

Nice ride. Mazda's rock, we have had couple in the family and my daughter drives one now. As a matter of fact, when the wife's SUV needs replacing, she will have two options, Mazda or Toyota!

Congrats, nothing wrong with Mazda. I got rid of my '08 Miata, bought a '19 Mazda3 AWD for my DD, but still have the Tundra for the weekends.

Congrats on the new wheels! Post up some more pics of that thing, and don't feel like you have to bail on the forum just because your needs changed. Lots of members here don't have Tundras.

The wife drives a CX9 and it has served us really well for 3+ years now.

One of the few gripes I have about it is the fuel economy. Even so, considering its a decent size 7 seater with NA V6, MPG isn't terrible.

Lack of storage when utilizing all the seats is the other gripe. I've been meaning to put a cargo box on the roof to help alleviate that issue.

It excels and handles wonderfully, all things considered. Closer to a sports car than family car.
