Hello fellow ppl! I need your help. I own a 2021 Tundra sr5. Just days ago I've installed a Kings suspension set up. Now my issues is that I've noticed the bottom Coilover "cup"?? Has scratches that seemed to be caused by the Sway bar end links. It could also be from installation. If this is caused by the end link as I'm driving, what is best recommended? I was thinking replacing the front sway bar?? TIA!

    Welcome!

I’d remove the sway bar entirely until you figure out next steps or just decide to leave them off permanently.

Ride will be way better without the sway bar!

My fox's did the same and i removed the sway bar. Ride is better in my opinion with the sway bar off.

same here when I installed the Kings few years back. Alignment got it much better. I also rounded off the sway bar ears similar to trd sport sway bar. Now it's fine.
Pretty common issue with aftermarket coil overs.

It is barely touching, a grinder and some black paint will fix it quickly

could also be from installation as you mentioned if nothing is touching it.

In your photo it looks like the lower coilover eyelet is directly against the lower arm tab. There should be a spacer on each side of the eyelet to help center the eyelet, is there one?

My kings look exactly the same, for me it’s from installation. I tried doing it the quick way instead of the right way. Once I disconnected the sway bar from the body mount I was able to install without causing anymore scratches.

Relatively harmless, it should only touch at full droop, the play in the swivel joints on the end links will prevent any serious issues beyond aesthetic conncerns.

    Kings F&R, no sway bars
Throw away sway bar, issue fixed. I’ve been driving with it off for about 5 years now even towed an RV. No issues, it’s a truck not a race car, I still go fast on the highway but I be smart about it.
