I am starting to convert all the halogen lights to LED. Anyone have experience with that process? I really need to know the conversion sizes from the halogen to LEDforevery light that is changeable. I know that is a lot to ask, but this is my first ever conversion, salute!

Are you speaking of the incandescent convenience lights or halogen headlights ?

If the interior/exterior incasdescent lights, I'd take a look at the below thread and in case you don't know. Also, LED are polarity sensitive, which means if you put one in and it does not come on, put it in the other way.
Also, thanks for your service, salute !

Save yourself a few bucks and skip the map lights. All you really need to do is pop the cover off and remove the reflector plate off of the backside of the cover. The lights inside there are very bright, but this reflector plate thing is made to reduce the light of the bulb by what looks to be about 75%, while also focusing what little light does manage to escape down into a little beam for use with a map. I don't know about you but I haven't even seen a paper map in about a decade. I only use these map lights for cabin illumination. They work very well now.

I think the only one I had trouble with was my dome light. It’s listed as a DE3175.I used diode dynamics for all my lights. When I cross referenced it came out as a 31mm festoon. 36mm was a way better fit. I mean heck a 39mm fit also. I ordered several bulbs to try and then returned what i didn’t need. All the other bulbs cross reference out just fine

I used there lights and smart tap relay for the exterior also.

I just started the wife’s sequoia exterior lights. Interior was done in diode dynamics. I recently installed some GTR lighting Reverse lights and was blown away. They are insanely bright.
