Hello All. While camping last weekend I got into the truck for something and noticed the airbag light on the dash was dimly lit. About 1/3 it's normal brightness. After trying to figure it out for awhile with no luck I went to bed. Next morning airbag light was out and truck started right up so no dead batt. After driving next day the same thing happened. I realized I had left the BAFX dongle plugged into the truck. I unplugged the dongle and the barely lit airbag light went out. So problem solved I suppose, but just wonding if anyone esle has had a similiar issue.

Lots of weird issues from OBD2 stuff plugged in long term I’ve seen at the dealer. The only ones I’ve never seen issues with are scan gauge and ultra gauge

If I leave my OBD2 thingamajig plugged in my ABS light will rapid flash when I start my truck. The only way it won't is if I plug it in after I start it. Very odd.

I haven't noticed that. I'll have to try that and see if mine flashes.
