2016 Magnetic Gray Metallic Tundra 4X4 SR5 FFV CrewMax 5.7 Liter

I recently upgraded my 2016 Tundra SR5 DBL Cab FFV to all LED from HD Revolution. Lights look great...my only problem is the cargo white lights are not working and the 15amp fuse under dash blows when turn the parking lights on. Tried a 10amp fuse and it hasn't blown yet.
1. Rear brake, 3rd brake, Reverse, Blinkers working fine.
2. Running lights, tag, external cargo white lights not working.
3. Under hood fuses all good.
Any help appreciated.
