Exhaust leak after Sais bypass

2008 Salsa Tundra Double Cab SR5 5.7

Ubar led headlights K&N filter +50HP

I installed the kit and gained an exhaust leak. Bolts are tightened as far as you can but i don’t know what’s causing the leak. it sounds like metal flapping.
