I've got almost no air coming through any of my vents. It is essentially always "off" and the air coming through is minimal. Just barely feel air coming through. Not even the lowest speed setting. Setting changes do nothing.

I've checked all fuses, coolant level, replaced blower motor, and replaced blower motor resistor. Still nothing. Any recommendations for what to do next?

Welcome to the forum. Could be a blend door issue, could be a blocked intake issue. The air intake for the fresh air is under the cowl by the wipers, passenger side. Assuming since you changed the blower motor that any debris in there were cleared at the time. If it is a blend door issue, not opening the vents to the air flow, you may have to take the center stack bezel out and start checking the cables and their associated doors.

The ducting sections are held together with a foam like fabric tape. Our trucks are at the age where this tape deteriorates and lets the air leak out at these seams. Either run your truck full time on recirc for an added boost if you're lazy like me, or buy some adhesive foam weatherstripping and reseal the segements.
