Yup, that's why. I hadn't washed it in months and when I did my wife swore I had bought a different truck lol. I said no, I just cleaned it. It took her a bit to believe me.

Nothing looks better than a black vehicle after you clean and shine that baby.... for about an hour...And then there is that heat thing... Down here in FL black cars take much longer to cool down.... and you need ceramic on the glass.

Besides getting the windows tinted, de-badging was one of the first things I did. I love a clean look with no stickers, in fact I make it part of my purchase agreement that the dealer will remove their sticker/badge before I drive it off the lot.

When I was younger I used to shave all my cars and if it was an Acura I would put a Honda badge on it. But now that I see the tundra I don’t completely naked tundra emblem looks good emblem looks good it’s hard to tell without actually doing it I think I’m going to remove the 5.7 and leave the tundra

"iForce 5.7L V8" emblem and "TRD Off Road" sticker removed (on a hot day).

Should I keep going and remove the "Tundra" and "Limited" emblems or leave them?

Looks good. Has me questioning my decision to leave my TRD stickers…

I pulled the limited badges and never regretted it.

I’ve been on the wife to swap that thing for a Sequoia forever. She insists on quad seating with a walkthrough middle row which is fairly rare in the Sequoias… I know - excuses. At least it has the 6.2L.
