    Lots of shenanigans.
Hi guys, I know that this is different but I'm looking at possibly getting a 2014 Dodge Promaster 2500 for van life. The gent that is selling it already started the conversion but did not complete it. It has 2 owners (including him) and has 101K miles. He is selling it for 28K but I'm asking 21K. Does anyone have any experience with this vehicle? Seems like there are conflicting guidance on the interwebs. Thanks!
