Has anyone used the BFG KM3s in 295/70 r18 on a stock Pro? Most people get the KM3 in a 35 12.5. I want to run something a little more aggressive than the ridge grappler in that size.

I’ve ran BFG Mud terrains for over 20 years they are by far some of the best off road tires on the market I switched over to Yokohama Geolander MTs last year primarily because they were about 300 dollars cheaper and I could get them quicker. The Yokohama has proven to be a very good tire so far and very comparable to the BFGs they are a little louder on the the road but off road they are just as good. You definitely can’t go wrong with either tire. And I don’t think you’d have any problems running that size on your pro depending on the offset.

I’ve personally have not ran the KM 3s they are a newer model the lugs are a little closer together than the 2s. I’ve only ran the KMs and KM2s my buddy has the 3s and they are quieter than the KM2s and a little quieter than my Yokohama MTs in the mud the Yoko’s clean out a little better but we can still go the same places with both tires you can’t go wrong with either tire.

We have a set of KM3's on a work ride. They r about the same as the KM2's in regards to road noise I can't speak to that size you want but the size we have are fairly heavy. And they are not the best in wet road conditions or corners at speed wet or dry....

I'm still running KM3s for the time being. Shopping for 17" wheels to throw my KR2s on. I agree with @Bravohook about the KM3s being a little loose on wet pavement but the Yoko's were similarly loose. Cooper STT Pros were the best wet pavement MTs I've run. I like the KM3s and don't mind the looseness 'cause they're pretty good off road. They do bark in the dirt which I find weird. I might try Cooper's again in the future but only got about 20K out my first set.

I'm gonna be selling my 37" KM3s on 18"Method standards and I've got some bed bars that need to go too.

It would be nice to get an answer on the original question. Looking to run the same tire.
