A few hours ago I was taking my grandson to my son's house and when I applied there brakes the engine cut off. After making sure that I had fuel and checked all the other fluids they are good to go. I can turn the key and all the accessories turn on but the engine will not turn over. My batter is also fully charged. Can anyone help me on this? I am thinking its a fuse or relay but the owner's manual does not give me a diagram on what each fuse or switch does,.

    Thanks

Bad ground? Engaging the brakes grounds the system.. I'd pop the fuse box under the hood and check the brake and starter relay, that'll be the purple one.. what I it doing when you turn over? Does the dash turn off and come back on? Do you hear Amy noises?
