Tundra TRD Skid Plate

    Sway bars,skid plate, wheels and tires,graphics
    Confirmed application/fit for 2014 Tundra Double Cab. The only reason the skid plate is not listed for earlier gen 3 Tundras is item was introduced to the market later. Everything lined up perfectly with no modifications. Also, I have shackles and d rings using my factory bolts which incidentally are long enough to secure them. First, secure the skid plate (tighten down). Then, install the d rings. Expect to apply a little muscle. I installed mine on the ground with no jack or ramps. So, GO FOR IT! No regrets here.

    As an FYI, make sure you put some rubber gasket material between the plate and where it touches the frame. Otherwise, it will make noise. Honestly, its a shitty design…I have one and have had to fight with this issue as have others…there is a thread on here that spells all this out.
