Which trims have the DRLs?

Which second Gen tundras have their turn signal marker lights act as DRLs? My 2008 does not do it. But Ive seen other 2nd gens do it.

Are they actually on all the time or is everyone driving with their parking lights on?

 

My '08 has oem DRLs. Mine is a Limited with pretty much all the goodies for that year so that might be the difference. Just remembered, the light bulb that does the DRL/Front turn function is a 4157NAK, while they look identical to 4157s, the pinout is different, maybe check to see if they were replaced with the wrong bulb?

(EDIT) My error, just checked, I DO have DRL's

 

All you need to do is change the flasher unit to the DRL flasher unit. I did it back when I had my 2010.

 

My 2007 SR5 has them.
