I'm not getting power at the 12V power contact on the hitch wire connector. I know it's switched but doesn't come on with the key on. I tried swapping the 12V sub relay in the engine compartment and it made no difference. I tested every fuse behind the kick panel and the engine compartment and none were bad. It used to work, so something is different. Any thoughts?
    Thanks.
