Looking at method 309 wheels (https://www.methodracewheels.com/products/grid-titanium-w-matte-black-lip). Will they work with my stock size 275/65R18 duratracs?

Eibach Pro Truck Stage 2 suspension, HD RAS, 285/75-18 Nokian Outpost AT, LoPro bed cover, TRD rear sway bar, DD 10 inch exhaust, and various other goodies

depends on the width of the wheel you buy, if 8-9 inches wide you should be good to go. Wider, maybe not. Look up that tire in that size and it will show what rim widths the tires is meant for. Discount tire or tirerack sites will have that info listed.

Rim size looks to be 7.5" to 9" for the Duratracs so you should be good to go.
