It's not the message. The video is of the steering wheel twitching. Sometimes it does not move and other times it moves much more than the video.

I have it happen before but never really thought anything of it. I just figured it has something to do with the power steering pump when priming or pressurizing itself.

Do you get much feedback through your steering wheel from rough roads or bumps?

I bought my 2014 used with a spacer leveling kit on it and I never had feedback like I do now. I talked to the dealership about it but it's tough to make a steering claim to them when you are running 35's.

That might be a steering angle sensor issue

There's simply tension to the steering. When you start the engine and the pump runs, that adds assistance to the system and it's just finding it's neutral relaxed position.

Possibly. It will do it at times when I backed straight in. I just hope that the road feedback that I am feeling is not tied to a problem with the steering rack.

    Haven't noticed that on mine.

I don't know if this would do it or not, but are you buy chance turning the wheel or applying some pressure when you shut it down?

How do you keep it running when you get in it? Or did you aftermarket remote start it?

Happens to me sometimes when the steering wheel is turned slightly before starting.

Probably happens also when using remote start so by the time you start it again after you get in the truck the wheel is already straight.

Maybe steering fluid is low? Mine has never but it's the first truck I've had with hydro steering. That's my 1st guess. 2nd guess is a broken engine mount, it might shake the front of the truck so bad at startup that wheels wiggle slightly? Again these are just wild guesses from me, I'm no mechanic.
