I am looking into different rim and tire combos and am close to buying a 2021 Pro takeoff set of 18” BBS forged rims with 275/70 R18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers, TPMS and black lugnuts.

I understand that the 275/70 R18 tires may not fit with my stock suspension, but that’s what is on the BBS rims, so no choice on this particular set.

Let’s say I can buy the BBS Pro and Ridge Grappler setup for $2,000. If you had that $2,000 to spend, would you buy the BBS Pros or a different wheel and tire combination that will fit on a stock suspension? If so, then what? What color rims on a cement truck?

Keep in mind that this is the first set of rims that I’ve bought, period, so I know very little about the different brands and how they compare to each other. All terrain tires will suffice for my needs.

I’ve seen some back and forth, but figured I would stick to what the tire fit thread says. That is great to hear though, then I don’t have worry about any lifting, cutting or tire swapping.

Not much back and forth about the 275/70/18 fitment on a stock setup. They fit....easily

And just as an FYI you will be able to fit a 285/75/18 on that rim, just from installing 5100 shocks at the middle setting.

If you can powder coat them bronze, it looks really good with cement.

I do like the bronze. I see a bunch of trucks with SCS and Method rim in bronze. I tend to keep it plain, but bronze isn’t too far out there.
