Will leaving the fog light holes empty cause any issues?

I am considering adding an Iron Cross rs front bumper for better protection from minor collisions and deer strikes, etc. My truck is a 2018 sr 2wd Tundra. It does not have parking sensors. It doesn't have fog lights and I don't plan to add them.
My question is whether leaving the fog light holes empty would cause any issues, especially with state inspection (Virginia).
Thanks for any expertise you all may have.

Welcome to the forum! Don't know of any reason why you would have a problem with that. Iron Cross builds some good stuff, depending on weight, you may want a stronger coil set up.

Thanks for the reply! I remembered from a previous vehicle that it would not pass VA state inspection if the fog lights weren't working. Got me wondering if that would apply if there were fog light holes but no lights (ever) installed. Looking hard at the RS bumper but thinking about any potential complications before dropping the money.

I have a Ranchhand summit front bumper, factory fogs in it. Very nice bumper. Better than I expected. Turned around and ordered a matching rear. Very happy, about 2 grand though.

I would post pics of the Ranchhand front and back but for some reason, camera angle maybe, pics don't do justice. In person though, OMG, fine products. Hell you decide.IMG_20210603_111120.jpgIMG_20210427_072743.jpg
