    Hi fellows,
I have recently bought a 2015 1794 tundra. It has 176k on it and was used as a contractors truck, so it didn’t have an easy life.
That being said the interior is still nice and it hasn’t made me a stitch of trouble in the 6k I’ve owned it. I’m a heavy equipment mech and do all my own maintenance. The thing is, ever since I’ve owned it, the pdl on the ds front never worked, and the pdl on the ps front only works intermittently. Solutions? Point me to the right thread maybe? I’m a little lost on this forum. Any help would be very appreciated.
    Regards; from a mech/farmer who loves Toyota’s

Welcome from OKC! I think I read in the past that power lock actuators in some years have had problems. Go to search box by clicking magnifying glass and type in power lock actuator.

I had the same problem with my 2014 Tundra. I took the door panel out and pulled the actuator and replaced the motor inside. You can buy them on eBay, they will sell a pack of four and they will work in any of the doors. Or you can just buy the entire actuator for each door.

Ditto with issue on my 2014. I just ordered new PDL actuators for all four doors and replaced them. No more issues.
