After re-installing dash, my AC doesn't blow cold air. What did I do?

I reinstalled my dash after putting in an Android head-unit, and now my AC doesn't seem to activate the compressor any more. Checked to make sure the two AC wiring harness plugs are in, all light come on, and the fans work.
Not sure how what I did only affects if the compressor is activated or not. All works other than no more cold-air! Any ideas?

FYI- Checked “AC” fuses under the dash. All good. Didn’t see any related ones under the hood .. but didn’t expect to find any issues there since the fans come on.

 

A clue! The A/C and recirculate button lights stay on, even when trying to press them off. I’ll take apart the dash 1 more time later and maybe post a pic. I must be missing a plug somewhere.

 

I hate pulling the dash apart, so I won't be much help, but there is a lot of info in here https://www.tundras.com/threads/dash-disassembly-and-removal.65269/unread that might help. Should be a video that could help as well.

 

Did you remove the motors that control the blend doors on the A/C? They need to be timed a certain way. I had a similar problem when I bought my 2007. Re timed them and it worked fine.

 

The only thing I removed was the passenger lower side plastic foot piece to peel back the carpet, and the two center dash pieces under the radio (plus the factory radio). Not even sure what the blend AC motors are.

I just pulled out the A/C dash piece again to take a closer look at the connections. Apparently, there is only one wiring harness that goes for the A/C. The others are for the lower accessory things. So... I couldn't have missed plugging something else for the A/C. Reseated it just in case, but still no luck.

Since the A/C and Recirculation lights remain constantly on, it really does seem like an electrical thing to me, but I'm at a loss.
Does anyone know what the 20-pin harness is used for that plugs into the non-JBL factory radio? I did tap into that when hooking up the

Axxess ASWC-1 Steering Wheel Control Interface. According to its instructions thats the place to tap. That's the only other electrical connection that I can think of that I messed with.

 

OK. The A/C and Recirculation light stay on when you have it in Max AC mode. So, that was a total red-herring...

 

Did you check the pins in the ac harness connector? You might have unseated some when you removed it the first time. Also check the wires right behind the connector for damage.

 

Yep. Pins and wires look good. Swapped out the ac mg clutch relay with a couple others and no change. The compressor just won’t kick on. There’s some pressure in the ac system. I’ll have to take it somewhere to see if it’s actually low. Read one thread that would cause the issue. I just have a hard time believing the ac system took a dump at the exact same time I did the radio swap, but now I’m thinking maybe so? Jeez. Why does something simple always get complicated.

 

Update: I am throwing a AC pressure sensor code. Got the pressure checked, and it’s still good. The local shop figured it must be bad timing. It appears the sensor is bad and is not letting the compressor turn on. So, I got a new sensor on the way and will have it installed to see if that is the culprit. It’s just crazy odd timing to have it go out the same time I replaced the head unit, but I still cant find any reason why one would affect the other.

 

Man. That was it. The pressure sensor was replaced and all is right with the world now. Insane coincidence. Thanks for the suggestions!
