    Hey guys,

Looking to replace the rear carrier in my 2002 tundra. Thinking of buying a used one... While searching marketplace I found a 2016 tacoma rear carrier that looks to be similar. Does anyone know if it's compatible with my 2002 tundra?

I don't believe it is compatible.

I looked up a carrier for a first gen and found what should be compatible.

Thats a terrible idea. You’ll still need shims and crush washers. Do it right, so you only have to do it once. If its wrong it’ll eat itself quicker than marilyn manson.
