Passenger side head replacement.

    2003 Tundra limited 4.7L
    I am in the process of replacing the passenger side head. The new head came with the cam shafts as well. Am I correct that to re-install the cam stats, I align the 2 single dots that are on the cams. Put them in the head and tighten down. Then I turn the cam pulley to line up to "T" and then set the timing?
