How do I control the amount of time my cargo light stay on. Currently after parking my truck it stays on for approx. 10-15 minutes.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Is the Cargo light switch set to "ON" ? The switch should look like this and have 3 settings.

OFF, the light will never come on.

    Door
(in the middle) the light comes on when the doors are opened/the truck is unlocked. Works the same as the dome lights in the upper console. Once shutdown the truck and close the door the light will go off a few seconds later. This is the setting almost everyone keeps the switch on.

ON the light stays on all the time while driving. I assume yours is set to On and the light stays on for 10 minutes until the truck realizes it has been parked and shuts down all accessory power.

Check the position of the switch. You might just need to move it to the middle "Door" location.

Thanks Jeff, Yep, the switch was in the on position. Thanks a bunch, I've owned this truck since 2015 and you would have thought by now I'd know this things.
    Again Thanks Norm
