I have had great luck with the OEM wipers on my 2019, just under 35K on them and they're still going strong, I'd like to keep using them but ran into a hiccup on which part number these are. Checking the Sparks Toyota parts page, they list two different part numbers for the truck. Anyone know which is which?

Sparks has a chat function in lower right of their website. Would only take a moment to chat with them there and find out the difference in part numbers.

You may have already seen this, but Roman's reply a while back was that the -0C030 numbers are the ones, but Toyota may have a new set and numbered them 31. The 30's are what I ordered when I got my OEM pair last year.
