New Tonneau Tri-fold

Just received my new Undercover ArmorFlex but the box was smashed and had holes in the bottom of it. Of course, whatever hit it in shipping put a small hole in one of the panels. I think I'll be able to fix it with a patch and paint. Good thing its on the bottom of one of the panels.

On top of that, this model was for the cargo rails (which I don't have) - so, I had to order them from the local dealer and pick them up tonight.

I will be installing it later this evening.

 

Paying full price for a damaged cover, send it back and get a new one, or tell them to give you a 30-40% discount

Why would you accept a damaged and wrong tonneau cover for a brand new truck?
You had to spend more money for the rail system and now are repairing the damage. I hope they gave you a 50% refund at the minimum.

 

Well, the nail size hole in the panel can be patched up with minimal effort and it does face down towards the front of the cab.

The 4 tie downs at the bottom of the bed are great, but I was considering that cargo rail system anyway and can then move the hooks where needed depending on how many panels are flipped over.
