    Cheers everyone,

Just joined the tribe here after purchasing a 2005 SR5 trd. Really happy with the purchase so far! I got the rare Midwest find that has a frame in good shape. Unfortunately the bed is not doing as well, so I'll be hunting for advice on that in the near future.

The plan is to outfit it as a family adventure vehicle for mountain biking road trips.IMG_20210702_171557.jpg IMG_20210702_171520.jpg

Thanks ya'll! Do people usually launch into talking about their hopes and dreams in their intro post, or should I wander over to the first gen area and start a thread there.

I probably need a replacement bed or some heavy patching work in the next few years, but I don't have any qualms about investing in this thing. It's pretty solid otherwise. I'm seeing the first thing a lot of people do is shocks all around. Any other first priority items to hit to improve ride and maybe gas mileage?

Welcome from northern Indiana! Your truck looks clean. What mileage does it have?

150k! Interior and mechanicals are all great. Frame is solid, bed is not. I'll get it sorted out
