I bought a 2015 Tundra with 100000 miles on it for 28 grand. Looking for tips on caring for the vehicle.

Your name is appropriate for this statement

check and replace most if not all fluids, spark plugs, filters would be a good start.

Yep, time for maintenance with those miles. Unless there are good records of what has been done I would change oil, drain and fill diffs, xfer case, trans, coolant. Spark plugs are due. Change cabin and engine air filter. Give it a good cleaning and wax and enjoy it.

Like stated above all fluids and filters and plugs is a good start, but another easy and cheap piece would be pcv valve (positive crankcase ventilation). It routes all crankcase ventilation into your intake (if completely stock) and if it gets stopped up the pressure will have to find its way out somewhere so if not that valve then will find the weakest gasket or seal. Not hard to access and very inexpensive and will certainly help from developing oil leaks. I’m sure plenty of guys on here will disagree but for the price and simpleness of it, it won’t hurt

I just sold my 2015 I owned since new that was just turning 100k miles. Other than routine oil changes the only thing that actually was unscheduled maintenance was the serpentine belt and tensioner and idler pullies at about 80k. The idler had just started squeaking on longer trips so replaced all as preventive maint. I would also suggest spark plugs on the list in the next 20k miles or so (recommended at 120k miles). Cabin filter is also very easy and often neglected as is OEM wipers.
Solid trucks...not much maintenance needed. I'd also consider a new oil filter housing (I got the aluminum version) as mine got a little harder to get a good seal after changes as it got older. I worried the plastic may also get a little more brittle but then again I am not a big fan of plastic parts in critical places. Also don't disagree with preventive PCV replacement.

Welcome. Is it a good idea to bring it in for oil change at dealership and have them inspect? It can be a small investment to know the condition.

Mine is 2015 CM 4WD and 103000 on it.

Ironic this post title came up. Just did significant maintenance on my 2016 and the next big one is 100-110k. The future service includes everything short of the pulleys, which are as needed.

These trucks last forever. Remember Denso or Aisin products only. 100k is broke in. Congrats!
