    Eggs are terrible so they need ketchup. Kraft Dinner is terrible so it needs ketchup. Properly prepared mac and cheese is fantastic and does not need ketchup. Spicy ketchup does improve deep fried mac and cheese bites, though.

    A dislike of eggs is common it seems. What is it you don't like about eggs? I assume you've tried scrambled, over easy, sunny side up, fried, etc? There's so many ways to cook them that I've managed to turn a few egg haters into egg lovers. As @TILLY says, cooked over a fire in a cast iron pan with bacon is incredible. I haven't tried adding beans though. Gonna give that a go one day.

    What about Flautas (stuffed, rolled, fried) and Dorados (stuffed, folded in half, fried)? They're technically "hard tacos" and 100% acceptable by anyone with an ounce of mexican in them.
    However I tend to agree those "hard shell" tacos are a waste of food and taste-wise can't hold a candle vs the two mentioned above.
