I can't recall if I posted about this, or of I told the parents. Still early in the morning for me.

My supervisor bought a '19 or '20 KTM Duke. (He's a KTM guy.) He's had the bike about 6 month, and ridden it like 6 times. He bought it to "save the mileage on his ford" and for gas savings. He pulled me aside last week, and asked me where I bought my corolla. He told me he regretted not buying a little car because he could drive that in the rain, or cold. Unlike his bike.

I explained where I bought it, and the whole time I was talking to him in the back of my head I was trying not to laugh.

Pops, and I were loading up the sequoia for our Florida run this morning. When we were nearing completion the truck was just about stuffed plum full. I suggested that we unload some of our goodies, and load them into the corolla.

He agreed that it'd be a good idea. 30 minutes later we left. I'm driving thr corolla virus to Floriday follerin' the sequoia's butt. Two way radios for contact on the road without using mobile phones.

I'm calling it the ultimate road test. I just wish I could convince him to slow the hell down. No need to run 80mph in the early hours of the morning when deer are on the move.

No amount of beer or anticipation is going to make that thing better looking, IMO.

Automatic transmissions were the beginning of the end, but it spiraled out of control when plastic headlights were introduced.

and yea, they used to make the incompetent pay for a passenger side mirror.
