I'm not 100% sure on this, but instinct says that PMs are not monitored/regulated as they are not public.

Suppose I send you a link to a message group I have. It will give you an error screen. You can't see it unless invited to that PM convo.

 

I do believe it’s possible for mods to read PMs on some board systems.
