2007 LTD w/ JBL (no Navi) questions

Hi folks, I was curious to know if the JBL Headunit without Navi but with the factory subwoofer only is supposed to have 3 harness plugs?

I had bought an Android head-unit which should have come with the correct wiring harnesses to work with the JBL system (including the Canbus decoder), however only 2 of the 3 factory harness plugs matched up. There were a bunch of harnesses going to the headunit which had nothing to connect to.
