Do I have to have one per light ? In the video it said one would fix it. Just curious ? Will one do it for me ?

One will work, but I felt better having both in. Thats just my preference.
    You do you.

One resistor got my LED headlights working but my LED foglights didn't work properly until I added the second resistor.

 You will probably have to adjust the aim in both sets of lights now that they have LED's in them. With the stock halogens compared to the LED's the light throw was very different and adjusting the aim made a nice difference in how well the road gets lit up.

Not sure how this happened - but I just switched out all bulbs (inside & out) except the turn signals to LED and to my surprise did NOT need the resistor (even though I did order the superbrightled set). Fog lights and high beam dash light all work as before with the stock bulbs. The bulbs I installed are linked below. Maybe the H4's have built in resistors? Or perhaps something unique about my headlights as they have a little 194 DRL within the same enclosure as the main high/low bulb (which I haven't seen on any other pics or videos)...
