Thank you sir! Then you could go with a +1 for sure - it is .625 of lift. (The + 2 is actually 1.25 not 1.5 - I mis spoke)

Hauled 90 bales of hay without the Tundra missing a beat.
13.5mpg with empty trailer (2,000lbs) and 10.5 mpg with the load of hay (~6,000lbs total).
Hard to tell from the picture angle, but truck is pretty level with stock suspension.
(Sorry for the dirty truck. Just stopped raining here. May be able to wash this weekend.)

Looks good. You go with Toyota or MC Autoparts?

Looks like you still have a corner step with the RC bumpers. Is that the OEM corner step or did it come with the RC bumpers? If OEM, any modifications required?

Steps came with the new bumper. I also have the fold out step to help this old man up to the bed.

Sorry my question was not clear. Is the fold out step an RC option or did you mount an OEM step/aftermarket step with the RC bumper? Any modification required?

No I had that on my original OEM bumper and reinstalled it with the New RC bumper. I had the lift and the bumpers installed by 4 wheel parts so I don't know if they had to do any modifications.

Looks really clean like it was an RC option. I resemble the "old man" comment and would like to add a drop down step as well. Hasn't made it past the household CFO yet.

Sitting at the canopy shop as the tundra is getting 2x LED light bars, tail gate pop and lock, and canopy keyless actuator installed. Figure id take a pic or two.

Helped my old man throw on his X15 bed cover and his RB20 running boards. She’s coming along! I’ll get some better pictures when it’s out of the garage587917DF-D5FF-4EF8-BDF5-612D8AF871BD.jpg3E56A2E8-6658-40BD-AF40-C8DA2A712CD3.jpg

I do believe @TRDFerguson is rocking Icon Expansion pack and OEM rear shackles at the moment. So I think he is trying to accomplish some small increment of lift to the already 1.25-1.5 inches afforded by the expansion pack..

That’s exactly what I’m trying to do, I don’t need much, if anything at all. I’m going to run this way for a while and see how it goes. @jimbrophotodotcom had asked about the +3 a bunch of posts back so that’s good info. I also didn’t realize SDHQ had a .75” shackle, so thanks for the heads up there.

Guess I didn't fully read that you went rogue and did the expansion pack. :anonymous:

So I changed my mind on the leveling kit and am going with some Billstein coilovers with a modest 1 inch lift... some 6112's in the front and B8 5100's for the rear... And a TRD front sway bar.

Changed front and rear diff to Amsoil severe gear 75W90. I couldn't believe how dirty the rear diff fluid was after 1700 km. I was kind of thinking that I was wasting some money but after seeing the rear fluid can't imagine leaving the original in for a few years. Feel better they have a good synthetic now. Will do the transfer when I can find some good 75W at a decent price, might not be until I'm allowed to go the the US again.
