Has anyone had this issue, first start of the day there's a slight extra crank to turn the engine over, or when the truck sits for 6+ hours? Anything in between those hours will turn right over. Had the battery checked and seems alright (12v). Forgot to check the load of the battery, guess that will be my next move. Only 40k miles original battery. Maybe the battery is going..... Anyone experienced such thing? Thanks in advance

Factory batteries are a joke, it's going.

I don’t think it’s the voltage you’re worried about; cranking amps is what matters from what I remember.

Either way, it’s time for a new battery!
