How slight is your rub currently? Just turning hard, or reversing?

ROAM box unexpectedly shipped today for the Prinsu rack. Got the hardware ready for Thursday delivery.

 

I think it has something to do with them all being tied together - if you disconnect one of the corner speakers then none of the dash speakers work including the center but you can disconnect the center and the corners will still work. I used these when I put in my Kenwood X3c’s so I wouldn’t have to cut anything.

 

Well, I pulled out the radio upgrades and sold mine for $3000 over what I paid 2 years ago. The next day I saw the pic of the 2022 Toyota Denali. Not sure i'm a fan of the new look.

 

i like the gunmetal over the black - you can actually see the wheels now, looks nice with the white.

 

What size or model is your wind deflector for your rack? And do you have better pictures of it?

 

It’s rubbing pretty good now. I can hear and feel it when reversing. Gonna need a body mount chop.

I think I’ve posted most of them. But I have another 9-10 sessions coming up starting end of September through April of next year.

Yeah, the matte black wheels were a poor choice. Looks way better now.

Edit: don’t buy the HEPA. Greatly reduces air flow inside cabin. Me and my wife got hot driving into town today. At least don’t buy it if you live in a hot climate

 

Doesn't seem like much but you'd be surprised how neglected some of these are.

What did you go back with

 

@FancyPants digging your new wheels. What is your setup (lift, uca, spacers, offset)? Did you do a BMC or have any rubbing? Looking to upgrade my wheels and tire combo from 34" running a 3/1 Ready Lift.

 

Went around the truck yesterday re-checking most of the major bolts I touched when I installed my Readylift 3/2" several weeks ago to make sure they hadn't loosened or were having any issues.

I used lock tight (blue, not red). I'm a little worried. Do I have reason to be concerned and what do others do regarding their bolts, etc. to ensure they stay tight?

 

Went with FRAM with the cabin air filter and I have the TRD PRO air intake so I used the KN cleaning kit

 

Sent you a message, do you have any other pictures with this Kenwood. I am thinking about installing the same unit.

Offset is +18mm and I have a 4” Rough Country lift. I am rubbing in reverse and need a BMC. You can see where I’m rubbing here

Did 2 things;

1: Picked up a fresh coat of Magnesium Chloride.

2: Dusted off the plasma cutter and did the BMC.

 

Damn thats a clean BMC!
