I’m looking at new rims tires a leveling kit.
I’m looking at rims and tires for a stock 19 tundra limited. I was curious about how much of a negative offset tire and rim size or if I choose to put a level kit on it. I don’t want to modify any of the plastic!!

If you don’t wAnt to cut anything, you need to stay above a +25 to +30 offset on wheels. Stock or leveled.

If you don't want to do any trimming, then you want a more positive offset wheel. maybe around +30mm to +40mm offset.

your requirement about no trimming will limit you on how far out that you can push out the wheels. depending on your trim level, your current wheels could be either +50mm offset or +60mm offset. lifting the truck also assumes that you are going with larger tires. to fit the larger tires, you need to go with a lower offset. if you can find a wheel around +30mm to +40mm offset, then it should work for your requirements, but i dont know if you can find many wheels with that offset. honestly, it is not a big deal to trim some plastic to fit a +18mm to +25mm offset wheel.
here is what i did to fit my wheels and tires:

Tire size will affect the rub too.

For perspective, I have 275/70R18 tires on +25 wheels. I rub. Unless you are running bologna thin tires on your 20"wheels I would bet you will rub a lot at -18 offset.

Wow. With negative 18 offset, you will rub like crazy. Look for a positive 18 offset. Really, most anything from +18 to +25 offset.

20"x10 wheels probably would fit only lifted trucks anyway, because they usually made already with aggressive offset only. I might be wrong but that was the case when i was looking for wheels for my truck

You’re going in the wrong direction. You need to stay above a +30 offset if you’re not wanting to deal with rubbing. Unless you’re rubbing rubber bands for tires, you’ll need at least 4+ inches of lift to keep from rubbing.
