Did a alignment on Tuesday after finally installing K02's. I'm on my first trip and after about 20 miles of driving my tire pressure light came on. I checked all four tires and all four of them are at 40psi. Sensors came new with rims and tires. Has anyone experienced something like this?

Sounds like one of the sensors is having an issue. Have the shop that installed them check them out. Even new parts can have defects.

I don't know about the 2019's but the 2020's require an OEM sensor.

I have whatever Discount Tire sells in my truck and they work. Most of the time anyway. I get periodic TPMS malfunction messages, but usually only when there are huge temp swings during the day.

Should have re used your oem sensors. 18+ trucks have an entirely new tpms system and are super finicky when it comes to aftermarket sensors.

2020+ are different than the previous ones. Pretty sure they are the picky ones.

This is true. But also, 18 and 19 are different from each other as well for some reason.
