Yep. It always has, one year after the Tundra. They’re planning to release the 3rd gen Sequoia for the 2023 model year. Hoping to replace our Yukon with one.

Zooming in on a higher quality pic, the black piece below the grille and the fender flares look like they have a camouflage pattern. o_O

That going to be a bitch to clean the front end. So many places for bugs and rock chips. I like the truck. Although the TRD Pro bed stamp on the tail gate sucks. Full tool move Toyota.

I looks really good. I like it. But do the fronts have to so big in these new trucks?

    No.

Although if you look behind the grill in that zoomed in shot it looks like there’s some sort of cooler in front of the radiator. Maybe a return to a dedicated transmission cooler?

Well the Titan lenses are huge and will look terrible once they become sun worn ... at least the bulk of these Tundra lights are not clear but led filled.

Sun faded headlights? Get yourself a foam pad that goes on the end of a drill, and some Flitz. Tape off whatever you don’t want Flitz’d and go at it. Polishes out plastic or Lexan quite well, makes the lenses clear again.

My 2016 I think is a boring and ugly truck compared to others but you can’t questions it’s reliability which is why I own it. I won’t be buying the new model for another 10 years hopefully but I do like the looks fork what I see. I highly enjoy the trd pro 4 runner and taco looks.

Great news everyone, a bit of research shows the V35A-FTS uses the exact same oil filter as the 3UR-FE. So we’ll all still be able to enjoy the ass pain of oil filter element changing nonsense like the current truck.

    Thanks Toyota!

I guess on the bright side since I plan to keep my 2007 as a winter beater deluxe the same oil filter and oil simplifies my fleet maintenance logistics.

Just need another Fumoto valve and I will be all set. I’ll bet it’s the same Fumoto drain plug/valve too.

Sweet! With a likely sticker of $60k for a PRO and another initial dealer markup of $10k to start, I'll enjoy looking at pictures from some of you once these hit the streets!

Allow me to rebut your point on behalf of 2007-2021 Tundra owners who do not like the new 2022+ Tundra:

1.) The new truck is ugly. This will cause collisions as the Medusa like appearance of the new Tundra will revolt other motorists so much they have to end it all and they will crash into you head on. As they ram you at full throttle like a Kamikaze you will inevitably be killed.

2.) The new truck doesn’t have a V8, this will result in a dangerous lack of Freedom Eagles (the Latin name for horsepower) and you will be rear ended by semi drivers trying to merge on the highway. You will of course be killed instantly.

3.) The new truck uses a dangerous type of V6 with forced induction. It will probably blast a piston and rod assembly out of the block which will then penetrate the firewall or windshield and lodge in your forehead like a demented lawn dart. Happens in NHRA all the time because boost is the work of the Devil. You will of course be killed instantly.

4.) The new truck will have a hybrid option, so there will be high voltage. If you get into an accident that doesn’t involve other motorists killing themselves to avoid looking upon your ugly truck by ramming you head on, or being rear ended by semis because no V8 = no power at all; a collision will result in your death by electrocution.

As you can see there are so many safety issues with the new 2022 that regardless of crash test results, you will be sure to die in this new truck.

*2007-2021 owners please note this is in jest*

Has anyone else noticed that every time a new generation vehicle comes out, everyone hates on the exterior changes? Then in a year, everyone is on board and loves it.
