    Hello all,
Just got my 1st Tundra, a 2019 Tundra TRD Sport. It comes with 11k miles (first time ever owning a vehicle with less than 100k, :) It comes after a little Ford Ranger that finally died right before the 300k mark. I got the Toy off of Carvana and it came in around 6000 under KBB (which considering what is going on with car prices, I consider a good deal).

Many people in my family are Toyota people. I have had/inherited a Tercel 4WD wagon, a Camry and a Rav4 all of which started with at least 100k, and all of which were over 200k when I passed them on. I expect this Tundra to last just as long. I am looking forward to not having a shell on the bed as it will be more useful for me. I got the 6 foot bed and the double cab, as I do a lot of hauling/delivery of animals for a rescue operation we are a part of.

I see that it uses Ow-20 in one of the threads here. I have a question, as technically there is still 2 years of warranty, can I just take it to local Toyota dealer for service? It was delivered from Arizona. I imagine there is a national database for this type of thing. As it has 11k miles, and I don't see any times on CarFax report where it was brought in for service, should I assume I need to get it in for an ol change? I am waiting to hear back from Carvana if that was done (would make sense, but I've never had a car under warranty before).

Can't wait to get into it and really check it out, but from Monday through Thursday I am working 6-6. Tomorrow will be my first chance to really drive it around. One thing I notice, the stereo is not nearly what I am used to so that may be the 1st modification. Is there anyway to tell what stereo/specs com e with this package, so I know where I am starting from?

Thanks all, look forward to learning from you all.
    Jeff

Thank you for that recommendation Jim LE 1301 . I had no idea I could get all that information so easily. Supposedly has Premium Sound system, I have to say, I got MUCH better sound of an aftermarket system that was less than $500 that I had dropped into my little Ranger. I will play around with it and see if I can get it dialed in to somewhat useable :) Thanks again for the recommendation, apparently I got the off-road package, which will come in handy now that I have moved from Colorado to Maryland, where I currently reside at 70 feet above sea level :)
    Cheers,
    Jeff

Jim, you are right, I was so excited to see it dropped in the driveway that I searched for the wrong forum :) Hopefully there is as useful a forum somewhere for TACOMA users :)

That picture is of a Tacoma. Not the same as a Tundra. I hope you did not review Tundra pricing when buying the Tacoma, which might be why you got it for $6,000 below KBB in this market (everything sells for above KBB now)
Anyways, congratulations on the new truck and welcome to the site.
If it is in fact a Tacoma, check out Tacomaworld.com, a sister site to Tundras.com.
