I started by changing the engine, diff and tc oil. The engine oil was terribly dirty. :(

The output shaft on the engine side of the TC leaks a little, and it looks like you have to drop and open the TC to replace that seal. :(

While waiting for the body shop, I got the interior cleaned out and found some liners on Amazon for the cup holders and door pockets. $29.99

    link for the liners: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07XBJS4TY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8

Replaced the glass in the mirror $26.39

Decided to ditch the fender flares, I don't want to deal with them rubbing the paint off and causing rust issues or anything else in the future. As you can see, they already rubbed some paint off. I Also noticed the rear bumper was damaged more than I originally thought..

Bought LED interior lighting on eBay $18.15

Also bought the 2019 style TRD Pro headlights and the harness from @iHacker
I only had 1 key and no fob when I got the truck. I found this on eBay and it worked fantastic, plus saved over $100 from what the dealership wanted to program another key and 2 fobs.

Still waiting for it to actually go to the body shop. Patience is hard!

You might want to change the oil again in a few hundred miles just to help get it cleaned up sooner. Oil is cheap by comparison to internal wear.
