I noticed this hose was broken and disconnected this morning. Anyone know what this is?

The right side is the male end and the “penis” broke off and is stuck inside the female end on the left. (I swear I’m not trying to be graphic, just hard to explain otherwise)

I am pretty sure it’s one of the secondary air injection system hoses from the pumps located in the fender above passenger front tire.

Yup, it's a secondary air injection pump hose.

I would try and get it out and then try and glue it back together. it goes under the intake manifold and I think is all 1 piece, so replacing it would be labor intensive

EDIT: actually your 4.6 lines might go through a different path. but that's definitely what they are.

Thx for all the replies y’all. Already had the bypass kit installed, so guess this doesn’t matter. Whew!

Wait, now I’m wondering if I got the SAIP error code because of this hose being disconnected. Maybe I could’ve saved myself the $400 I spent on the Hewitt bypass kit. Oh well, too late now.

I thought on that kit you need to do something with the wiring of that system to eliminate the check engine light from coming on for the bypass.
