Just got my first Tundra, 06 Tundra DoubleCab., but got told by a trusted mechanic that before too long I'm gonna probably need to replace my rack&pinion

When checking for parts on McGeorge Toyota I noticed there are two options:
    1) $480 - sku 44250-0C041
    Replaces: 44250-0C020, 44250-0C050
Says for "Tundra. Sequoia. Rear stabilizer. With rr stabilizer"

    2) $860 - sku 44250-0C030
Says for "Tundra. Without rr stabilizer. Without rear stabilizer."
Doesn't say what it replaces. ??

How do I know which I need on my Tundra, and what rear stabilizer might they be talking about?

OME Nitrocharger/2612 (front), Bilstein 5100s (rear). Vanguard roll bar modified (by me) to fit over Patriot Stealth retractable tonneau. Aftermarket halo headlights with HID, various LED bulb replacements. 17" Fuel Blitz wheels with some 33" Nitto terra grapplers. Hoodscoop, nfab nerfbars, Bushwacker flares. No-name aftermarket grille, led fender extensions. Black Horse bambi-basher. Various offroad lights.
Did you try entering your VIN on the toyota parts site? Sometimes the database can get enough info from the VIN to know exactly which part you need, sometimes not... As far as the rear stabilizer, the toy parts site I checked is referencing the sway bar, if you have one.

I just went through this process and still don't understand the rear sway bar thing. IIRC the difference may be AC vs DC? I entered my VIN and found I needed the more expensive option. You may be able to save a few bucks and use a free shipping code if you go to parts.toyota.com then enter the McGeorge zip code to bring their prices up, although I've found the price may be different (read: more expensive) that way.
