Hi my Tundra seems to have no air or max full air and not much in between. The first three or so levels of air produce a barely perceptive flow of cold air with no change in output across those first settings. When I go to the final and highest setting, I get maximum high air flow. Anyone else have this issue with their vehicle?

Check your Blower Motor Resistor. Might need a new one.

KNABORES: thanks for the advice - you nailed it. This was exactly the problem. Much appreciated.

What was the problem and fix? Did Knabores PM the fix?

Professional Hand Model - I'm sorry, somehow I misread the source of the post! I was referring to you and your comments. The soldering in the resistor had come apart and there was a broken connection. I reconnected it and it works across all the blower settings now. The ceramic is cracked so I'm ordering a new part just to be safe. But you definitely diagnosed this correctly, much appreciated.
