I've got a 2-3" lift (it's been awhile and I don't remember exactly) on the front of my Tundra. I need to replace the CV axles and am wondering what everyone is running? I think I need the "extended" ones due to the lift. Has anyone used CVJs? https://www.cvjreman.com/product/9550-tr/

They don't extend the length of the axle. I think what you're thinking of is a high angle boot. Do you know if the axles currently on your truck are OEM? If they can be salvaged, I'd consider re-booting them instead of putting new ones on.

I have CVJ axles and they have been fine but they aren't cheap. Also, we had one member have issues with his CVJ axle after a pretty short period of time and I saw another guy post on instagram his CVJ boot only lasted a year.

Whatd you end up doing? I have a 3" lift and need to replace my torn boots. Is it true you need extended cv axles?

Did you increase the hub to hub width of your truck? If the answer is no, then you don't need extended cab axles.
