2021 Tundra AM/FM radio not working,SAT Radio does

Good Morning Ya’ll, just got myself a new 2021 Tundra 2 weeks ago and the AM/FM radio has the worst signal, nothing is coming thru but the satellite radio works great. Theres probably a simple solution to this and Im hoping someone on here can point it out for me. Thank you!

 

Hello and welcome. The radio reception is horrible on these. I put an aftermarket radio in my 2020 and my FM reception is still unusable for the most part.

Since it's 2 weeks old I would go back to the dealership. It could be a simple fix, maybe the antenna isn't plugged into the back of the radio or it could be a bad tuner. It's under warranty.

 

Do you have AM/FM in your area on other radios?

I've never had a problem with any radio reception AM/FM/XM using stock or stubby antenna.

As was posted at the same time as me from @Jim LE 1301 have the dealer investigate.

No audio at all on am/fm or is it static?

 

All static. I plan to go by the dealership this week and see if its something simple they can do. Its not cool only 2 weeks in and having an issue. Thank you all for fast responses!

 

The shark fin antennas suck on the 20 and up.
