I need new tires really bad on my 2016 4x4 trd off road. So bad that I can’t wait for my 3inch lift to be done. (Waiting on parts). What’s a good size to go with on stock suspension that will be fine on a 3/1 lift. I don’t want to buy tires twice. Or am I SOL?Thanks in advance!

275/70 r18 will probably suit you well

    THIS!

In the meantime, if your lift is going in soon, NTB has a house brand called Crosswinds that are cheap. May hold you over for not too much $$$

I have a 2016 as well. 275/70-18 and 285/70-18 fit on stock truck with stock wheels, no issues. 275/70 has a ton of tire choices and are not super expensive. 285/70 has very few tire choices and cost more $.

If you look around on this site there are plenty of pictures of trucks with 2-2.5 inch lift in front running 275/70s.

I would push for 295/70/18 if lift is going on soon. Will just need some trimming/massaging in the fenders.

What about getting some cheap take-offs from Craigs List to get you thru? Get them cheap and you should be able to recover most the $ by reselling them once your lift is complete.

I wouldn’t want to compromise on the tires I want after getting a lift…
