Catalytic Converter Cover Installation

I just bought this puppy and trying to figure out how to install it on my new tundra....the clock is ticking and don't want one of these dirty son of a bitches to steal my catalytic converter. Any advice or videos about installation would be much appreciated.

Also, I am looking @ new tires, should I get a lift first and get bigger tires or just get regular and burn through the first set then do it? Any advice appreciated.

No more OR FAB, I can't find on the web but i can Desert Eagle Offroad. And just ordered it on Ebay.

Straight from the link you provided. Looks like 8 bolts. If they dont line up, you may have gotten the wrong one.
