Tuning options for long tubes

I am currently tuned with DAP, but my truck is running very rich... DAP has been less than helpful... I have seen a few people locally who will tune my truck with HP Tuners, I just worry they won’t do the little stuff like making the transmission less dumb. I have messaged OVtune on here, the website but no answer

 

I know what you mean about DAP, 3 emails, 4 calls, 6 months ago and not a single reply or ans which is what made my decision to not pursue their product.

OV is caring for pre-existing orders/concerns but will reply when there is a moment. Mine sat in queue for a bit but was cared for eventually.

I'm sure your steering away from Bully Dog based on DAP being your current choice. Have you tried running OEM tune by chance ? What do you consider rich ?
