Hi fellow Tundra owners, I'm new here and have benefited many times from the posts. I figured it was time to sign up and give back.

So I have a 2015, 1794 edition with the factory 20" chrome wheels. Now that nice weather is here in Canada I have been driving with windows open and could hear this annoying click at low and moderate speed. But not when turning the wheels. I found the issue today. The plastic cover that covers the lug nuts. Inside of it you will see a piece of spring steel that helps snap it into place. Where the spring steel clips into the cover (5 spots) mine was rubbing here and making a clicking sound. I coated each spot with some sticky silicone brake caliper grease. Presto.... annoying click is gone. I hope this helps if anyone if you have the same issue. Cheers !

Hey no problem. It's these kind of things that drive me crazy and then I am like a dog on a bone to solve it.

I cured mine of a similar sound by removing my studded snow tires. :p

Ha ha true that. I'm still having trouble keeping the clothes pin and card on the caliper to get the right effect. I'll just keep working on it.
