I recently started to install a 3/1 level kit, front spacers and rear blocks. I've gotten through the front spacers, so the front is lifted, looks great. But as with any mods, there is a snowball effect... since I changed that, what else is required?

I found so far that I will need a front end alignment but could really use some guidance from your experiences. Do I need extended bump stops? Do I need to drop the differential?

    Thanks!

I will upgrade the UCA eventually, but for now I was thinking near term. So you'd recommend bump stop extensions and a diff drop? Would dropping the diff effect the wheel alignment, wondering if I should wait to get the wheel alignment until after the diff drop or if it doesn't matter.

Has anyone had issues with the CV boots tearing with a leveling kit ( 2 1/2" ) ?

I have been researching this as well. Really want to level my 21 but don't want to have potential issues down the road like cv boots tearing or any other problems. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I had a 2001 that we bought new. Leveled it at 2.5" in the front and even with a differential drop kit it would go through boots in about 30K miles. I haven't been able to find any info on the 3rd generations. I have a 2019 Platinum that is getting leveled with 5100s at middle clip ( 1.5" ) and the wife will hang me if we have the same issues.

I have a 3" lift, for 55,000 miles now, and I don't see any issues, cracks or tears.

I don't think you will have any issues with a 1.5" level.

I had a lifted Tacoma, and it never had CV issues, just some vibrations in the driveline. So I've been really hesitant to mess with my Tundra. From what I've read, you don't really run into issues until you approach 3 inches (and some people not even then). I'm going to level it in the front, but keep it 2 inches or less.
